How can I register for a course?

Who can I talk to about a course?
The best is to contact us directly. Call the owners, Erika Rapavá at +421 905 228 377 or Stanislav Rapavý at +421 903 535 680. After discussing your expectations and goals, they will professionally advise you on which type of course is best suited for you or your child.

How is the course schedule organized?
A course typically lasts 12 weeks (one trimester). The school year is divided into 3 trimesters – autumn (September to December), winter (January to March), and spring (April to June). Summer is a separate billing period.
Can I register for courses at any time throughout the year?
Yes, you can register at any time during the whole year.
How many times can I cancel and be able to reschedule the lesson?
During one trimester, a client may cancel up to 3 lessons and move them to the end of the trimester. In other words, out of 12 lessons, you may cancel and reschedule a maximum of 3.
Will the lesson be rescheduled if it is canceled by the instructor?
If the lesson is canceled by the instructor, you will be offered a replacement lesson, which can be scheduled outside your regular lesson time. It must be used within 12 weeks from the start of the course.
Where can I see a complete overview of my course?
You can see the complete overview after logging in to My Profile on our website www.lingrow.sk
Where can I cancel a lesson or book a replacement one?
You can manage the entire administration of your course yourself — including cancellations and scheduling replacement lessons — in My Profile.
I cancelled a group course lesson. Am I entitled to a replacement?
No. A group lesson takes place even if only one student attends.
You are entitled to a replacement lesson only if all participants cancel on time, and even then only three times per trimester (3 times per 12 weeks).
It is very important to cancel your lesson in a group course so we don’t call you unnecessarily when you don’t show up — and for safety reasons if children attend on their own.
I missed a group lesson. Where can I see what was covered during the lesson?
You can find it in My Profile, in the Attendance section, under Lesson Summary.
What’s the latest I can cancel a lesson?
By 7:00 p.m. the day before.
What happens if I cancel, but too late?
If you know you won’t attend, cancel even after 7:00 p.m. — this way the teacher receives information that the lesson will not take place.
However, the lesson will still be charged, and for a late cancellation you are not entitled to a replacement lesson.
I attend an in-person course, but I can’t come. How can I request the lesson online instead?
Call the reception at 0944 47 57 67 and our assistant will arrange everything with your teacher.
